Oh my goodness tommorow ( today by the time you read this?) is an epic day for me! When I first started this business 8 years ago 11/11/11 seemed so far away it was impossible to imagine.. For many years I've been celebrating November 11th with a gusto usually reserved for "bigger" holidays... it is Remembrance day... and a day to celebrate peace on all levels... and I would always dance around in merriment and think about how far I've come and where I still want to go.. But this year trumps them all however...it's not just me getting all excited-- and it seems like it's everyone!! It's so RAD. I think its because today is the official start of the Aquarian Age. YES- like in the song from HAIR! Though I enjoy the 5th Dimension version even more.
But seriously..
In 2011, on the 11th of November at 11:30 am, longitude and latitude taken at Los Angeles, the Aquarian Age will be totally established.

So what does that mean?
I think it means it's time to let your hair ( haha) down and ENJOY your day! Whatever it is you're up to, bring LOVE to it and be in alignment with the massive positive flow of energy flooding the planet.
As for me, I'll be celebrating with huge amounts of yoga and meditation with my favorite teachers Tej and Harijiwan at my favorite yoga studio in the world - Golden Bridge Yoga in Hollywood. If you are in Southern California and haven't been yet you should go there sometime! Heck - come take my class - I'm there every wednesday 12:30 - 1:30.
